豆製品種類眾多,透過不同的步驟或處理方式,就會形成不同風味的產品,因此往往造成進而找到喜愛的豆製品款式。萬里香身為在大溪的百年的老品牌,希望能翻轉過往大眾在購買豆製品時,無法快速的辨別種類與特色的問題,並開始對於常見的豆製品文化有深入的了解。
「萬里香豆製品指南」以萬里香近百年的故事與經驗為出發點,深入解說大溪豆製品文化,引領大眾認識豆製品種類與特色。這是一本以豆干製作者角度撰寫的指南,幫助大眾更深入了解大溪的豆製品文化,使遊客在大溪遊歷時,能藉由指南選擇符合個人口感偏好的豆製品,展開深度的大溪豆製品之旅。
ONELISHINE, a century-old soy product brand in Daxi, aims to revolutionize how people identify
soy products while deepening their understanding of Daxi’s rich soy product culture.
Soy products are a local specialty of Daxi, deeply rooted in the region's history and
culture. Soy products are made from soy milk and take on a wide range of flavors and appearances
when different processing methods are applied, making it challenging for consumers to
distinguish between products and find their favorites.
To address this, our project
focuses on two core objectives: introducing the unique characteristics of various soy products
and conveying the cultural value of soy product traditions. By using tools such as illustrated
flowcharts and interactive games, the project transforms soy product education into a visually
engaging and participatory experience, allowing audiences to connect with Daxi’s soy culture in
meaningful ways.
Through this project, ONELISHINE not only enhanced the recognition of soy
products but also deepened the public’s understanding of the cultural value of Daxi.

這本指南將帶領讀者穿越時光,踏上一段豆製品的探索之旅。從萬里香豆製品的歷史起源,一直到如今的製作工藝與技術,讀者將深入了解每一個豆製品背後的特色。透過流程圖、圖鑑的方式呈現各式豆製品,將製作過程、口感特色與挑選撇步一一呈現,讓讀者對大溪的豆製品有了全面而深入的了解。
“The ONELISHINE Soy products Guidebook” introduces the variety and distinctiveness of soy
products, offering the public a deeper understanding of their cultural significance. This
guidebook provides valuable insights into Daxi's soy product culture, helping visitors select
soy products that align with their personal taste preferences.
This guidebook not only serves as a tool to educate the public about soy products but also
redefines ONELISHINE’s visual identity, enhancing its brand recognition and cultural
significance in a modern context.

透過圖鑑讓複雜資訊能系統性的呈現出來。圖鑑包含各種豆製品的特色點、風味、料理方式等資訊,讓大眾可以瞭解豆製品的原料與製作過程,挑選到吻合自身喜愛的豆製品。
This guidebook leads readers on an exploration of soy products, offering an in-depth understanding of the unique characteristics behind each one. By using systematic flavor tags and flavor charts, it organizes and introduces the diverse flavors, characteristics, and suitable cooking methods of various soy products, offering readers a deeper understanding of their uniqueness and cultural value.
萬里香豆製品指南|色彩採集
採集萬里香各式豆干的色彩及百年老店各處的顏色,為老品牌帶來了全新的識別色彩。這些色彩不僅是為了美觀,更是為了擴大文化視覺轉譯的特色與識別性。我們希望透過這些色彩,讓人們能夠更加深入地感受到萬里香豆干背後的豐富文化,開啟色彩美學的無限可能性。
This guidebook collects and documents the colors of Daxi and ONELISHINE’s storefront. These colors not only amplify ONELISHINE’s cultural narrative but also redefine how traditional soy product branding connects with modern aesthetics.

萬里香體驗設計|體驗活動
帶領活動參與者透過吃、遊戲的方式認識豆製品文化。以指南為核心,打造專屬導覽地圖,從基礎的豆子開始,帶領參與者進入豆製品的美味世界。沿著地圖上的路徑,逐步認識各式豆干的特色與價值,並透過 QR CODE 連結線上網站的豆製品小挑戰,讓參與者在遊玩中同時深化對豆干文化的認識。
To promote the culture of soy products, this experience activity is designed based on the
guidebook, inviting participants to explore soy product culture through food and games.
Centered on “The ONELISHINE Soy products Guide”, a dedicated experience flowchart has been
designed to lead participants from the basics of soybeans through the raw materials, processing
methods, and unique traits of finished soy products. participants can engage with interactive
games and challenges that deepen their connection to Daxi’s soy product culture, combining
education with enjoyment to create an immersive experience.

strengthens ONELISHINE’s image as a cultural innovator and educator."
